Some Clinical Experiences of Altima (Dihydroxy Aluminium Allantoinate) in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

Abstract
|
|
|
Altima® (DihydroxyAluminium Allantoinate) was given orally 600mg per day for treatment of peptic ulcer and duodenal ulcer with hypertrophic gastritis.
Results of the Altima® treatment on 20 cases of above illness are as follows:
1) Clinical observation demonstrated that Altima® is much remarkable as 88% of effectiveness in 20 cases.
2) The drug was more effective in gastric ulcer (88.8%) than duodenal ulcer (71.4%) and gastroduodenitis (75.0%)
3) It seemed that combined therapy with other conventional ulcer regimens and digestives might be more effective.
